Designed for the Short Distance sector, the LH890UST model from Benq features 4000 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast ratio of 100000:1. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 46 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 429 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
