The Benq HT2050A is a 3D-DLP projector offering 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3500 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. With a value of only 29 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
