As a projector, the Acer XL2530 combines DLP technology with a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080, and is additionally specified with 4800 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 50000:1. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. A look at the light output reveals: The 4800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 704 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 469 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. With a value of only 26 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. The projector was released in 2023 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
