The P1286 model from Acer combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 3400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 508 cm can be illuminated with 3400 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 339 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
