As a projector, the Acer P1383W / TCO combines DLP technology with a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800, and is additionally specified with 3100 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 13000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 5000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. Looking at practical performance, up to 566 cm can be illuminated with 3100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 377 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
