As a projector, the Acer PD2527i combines DLP technology with a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080, and is additionally specified with 2700 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000000:1. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Regarding projection size, the value of 2700 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 528 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 352 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. The projector was released in 2023 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
