The X1237 model from Acer combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
