The Acer P1201N is a 3D-DLP projector that brings 2700 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 3700:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 5000 hours before a replacement is necessary. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 2700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 453 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 302 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 28 decibels. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
