Based on DLP technology, the Acer S1313W device delivers 2000 ANSI lumens and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 as a projector. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 122 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 454 cm can be illuminated with 2000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 303 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
