Known as the SL 710S, this LED-DLP projector by Acer features basic specs of 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 at a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1500 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 275 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 183 cm. The projector was released in 2001 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
