A projector from Acer is the U5213, whose 3D-LED-BrilliantColor-DLP model delivers 3000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 10000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 86 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
