This projector from Acer utilizes 3D-DLP technology, achieving 2700 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 3700:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 5000 hours before a replacement is necessary – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 453 cm can be illuminated with 2700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 302 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 28 decibels. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
