The S1110 model from Acer combines DLP technology in the Short Distance sector with 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 and a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4500 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.2 years. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 122 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 2500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 435 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 290 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
