This projector is named PD527D, originates from Acer, and its data sheet shows 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. Since entering the market in 2006, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.

Have had mine for six and a half years and was also super satisfied. Of course, the picture slowly deteriorated after a few thousand lamp hours, but it was still good enough for normal TV viewing. However, after more than 6100 lamp hours, it now only wants to start up with a loud humming noise and the picture has deteriorated even further. It would be interesting to find out whether a new lamp would help again...
