A brief introduction to the VPL FX40/L: The Sony stationary LCD projector offers 4000 Ansi lumens, a contrast of 700:1 and an XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The integrated lens shift provides freedom when positioning the projector. Thanks to the brightness of 4000 Ansi lumens, an image width of 551 cm is possible. The projector can also handle slightly brighter rooms with a smaller image width (we recommend max. 367 cm). Playing 1080P is also no problem for the projector. It was launched in 2007 and is no longer offered by the manufacturer Sony, but is still very popular in our projector database.
