The equipment of the Sony VPL FH36 / projector includes 5200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 with a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 display. According to Sony, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. The device is available in black and white color options. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 733 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 489 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
