The equipment of the Sony SRX R105 projector includes 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 with a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 display. According to Sony, the included lamp lasts up to 1000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 813 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 542 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2005 and is no longer part of Sony's current product range. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
