Based on LCD technology, the Sony VPL DX126 device delivers 2600 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 2500:1 as a projector. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 3000 hours for this projector's lamp. A look at the light output reveals: The 2600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 296 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Sony.
