The equipment of the Sanyo PLC XU60 projector includes 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 450:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by Sanyo.
