The PLC SU60 model from Sanyo combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. According to Sanyo, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. Since entering the market in 2003, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
