The projector PLC WXU700 by Sanyo utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 3800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 at a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2500 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 626 cm can be illuminated with 3800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 417 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Sanyo.
