With the PLC WXL46A, Sanyo offers a LCD projector that features 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1500 hours before a replacement is necessary. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 100 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 303 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Sanyo.
