Designed for the Standard-Portabel sector, the PLC XU4000 model from Sanyo features 4000 ANSI lumens, a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast ratio of 2000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Sanyo.
