The PT VX500 model from Panasonic combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2500 hours before a replacement is necessary. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 616 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 411 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
