Based on LCD technology, the Panasonic PT-VMQ85 device delivers 8000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K2K+) 3840 x 2400 and a contrast of 5000000:1 as a projector. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. This model is available with either a black or white housing. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 819 cm can be illuminated with 8000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 546 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances.
