As a projector, the Panasonic PT VX400NT combines LCD technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 4000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000:1. According to Panasonic, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 551 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 367 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic.
