The Panasonic PT-VMZ7ST is a LCD projector offering 7000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Projection Calculator. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 159 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 7000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 850 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 567 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
