The projector PT CX301R by Panasonic operates as a 3D-LED-DLP device with 3100 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 8000:1. According to Panasonic, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 94 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 485 cm can be illuminated with 3100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 323 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
