With the PT CW331R, Panasonic offers a 3D-LED-DLP projector that features 3100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 8000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 76 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 566 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 377 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
