Based on LCD technology, the Panasonic PT L6500E device delivers 3600 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 600:1 as a projector. According to Panasonic, the included lamp lasts up to 6000 hours, which amounts to roughly 8.2 years at 2 hours of daily use. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 523 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 349 cm. This model dates back to 2001 and is no longer part of Panasonic's current product range. However, it remains frequently searched within our database. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.

First of all: The rating refers to the current prices (approx. 300 euros) for which you can buy the projector at online promotions.
But for that you also get a lot of equipment with great connection options.
And: The picture on my device is still top even at a biblical age for projectors of almost 10 years.
At 3600 AL you can leave the light on or the shutters open at 3m screen width. Even at a screen width of 5m, in combination with a high resolution, the picture is super sharp, dynamic and the colors are very strong. No discoloration is visible on my device, but it has probably not been used much (both lamps approx. 250h)
As a World Cup projector with the neighbor‘s house wall as a screen, the device is absolutely recommended. If necessary, you can put a 50 liter beer keg on top of it
With the 12.5kg you definitely have something in your hand ;-)
