With the PT LC55E, Panasonic offers a LCD projector that features 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 1200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 302 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 201 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Panasonic's current lineup.
