The projector PT-FX500 by Panasonic utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Panasonic, the lamp has a durability of 6000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 8.2 years when used for 2 hours a day. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 616 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 411 cm. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Panasonic's current product range.
