Based on LCD technology, the Panasonic PT VW431D projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 4300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3500:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2500 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 4300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 666 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 444 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
