The projector PT AH1000E by Panasonic utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 2800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 538 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 359 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 29 decibels. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
Positives:
Brightness, colors and preset picture modes.
Optics with 2x zoom and lens shift make the setup very flexible.
Good design white housing.
Negatives:
Fan volume: In my opinion just tolerable in sufficiently bright Eco mode.
Air filter cleaning: With a screw for the screen and a hard-to-remove box for foam and filter fleece.

Panasonic PT AH 1000E
positive: Projector with a nice, bright picture and high-contrast colors. Really fun to look at. Lots of setting options for real freaks with calibration devices that a normal user doesn‘t need. Short-term grid formation during freeze frame or program switching
negative: the beamer fan is too loud, even in Eco mode. Even though it has a huge housing. In normal mode, it is better not to be in the same room.
Devaluation because of the volume! Unfortunately, the manufacturer only specifies 29db for Eco mode, which is not suitable for people with normal hearing.
