Equipped with DLP technology, the Barco SP4K-40 offers 40000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 40000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 27.4 years at 4 hours a day. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 40000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 793 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 529 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2021, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
