As a projector, the Barco FL33 WUXGA combines DLP technology with a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200, and is additionally specified with 1000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 4000:1. An LED lifespan of 100000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – equivalent to a usable life of 68.5 years at 4 hours a day. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 214 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
