This projector is named HDX-4K12, originates from Barco, and its data sheet shows 11000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2200:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K+2K+) 4096 x 2400. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1000 hours for this projector's lamp. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 11000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 913 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 609 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
