This projector is named SLM G10 Executive, originates from Barco, and its data sheet shows 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Barco, the included lamp lasts up to 500 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 10000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 871 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 581 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Since entering the market in 2003, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
