As a projector, the Barco PJWU-101B combines DLP technology with a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200, and is additionally specified with 10000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1250:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1500 hours before a replacement is necessary. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Looking at practical performance, up to 1016 cm can be illuminated with 10000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 677 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
