The equipment of the Barco Galaxy 7 Classic+ projector includes 7000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1600:1 with a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 display. According to Barco, the lamp has a durability of 1500 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 7000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 729 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 486 cm. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco.
