The hardware properties of the G62-W11 manufactured by Barco include 9500 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast value of 6000:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. The device is available in black and white color options. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 9500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 990 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 660 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. This model dates back to 2022 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
