The projector SLM R6 Performer by Barco utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 800:1 at a resolution of SXGA 1280 x 1024. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1000 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 599 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 399 cm. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco.
