The projector Galaxy 4 LL+ by Barco operates as a DLP device with 4000 ANSI lumens, a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution and a contrast of 1250:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Since entering the market in 2004, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
