The Barco CNWU-81B is a 3D-DLP projector offering 7650 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6500:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. According to Barco, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 889 cm can be illuminated with 7650 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 593 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range.
