As a projector for the Event sector, the Barco HDX W12 is equipped with 12000 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast of 2400:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1500 hours for this projector's lamp. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 12000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1113 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 742 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2011 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range. However, it remains frequently searched within our database. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
