The equipment of the Barco QDX-4K45 projector includes 41000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2200:1 with a UHD (4K2K+) 3840 x 2400 display. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 41000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1763 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 1175 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
