The hardware properties of the Lightning 45 WUXGA 3D Ultra Contrast: manufactured by Digital Projection include 15000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 4000:1. According to Digital Projection, the included lamp lasts up to 750 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 15000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1244 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 829 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Digital Projection's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
