The Digital Projection HIGHlite 6000Dsx is a DLP projector offering 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 800:1 and a resolution of SXGA 1024 x 768. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1000 hours before a replacement is necessary. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 616 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 411 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Digital Projection. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
