The E-Vision 6800 WUXGA 3D model is a 3D-DLP projector from Digital Projection, intended for Stationary applications, offering 6500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2400:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2500 hours before a replacement is necessary. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 819 cm can be illuminated with 6500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 546 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
