The Digital Projection HIGHlite 740 1080p is a DLP projector offering 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Digital Projection, the lamp has a durability of 1500 hours. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 10000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1016 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 677 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2014, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
